Grand Valonia Hotel Cafe & Park Jember

The location is convenient and close to almost everywhere. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The pool is lovely and well maintained. The new portion looks nice but they didn't place us in that building. The older portion of the hotel has character but is in desperate need of maintenance and updating. It smells musty, the plumbing is old , and there is no lift, so you'll at least get your steps in. The bistro has a huge display of alcohol, but they do not sell any, so don't get your hopes up.
